Double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a desk for remote work; a fifth bed on request. Second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double.

Equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a large table. Living room with sofa, smart TV and a street-facing balcony.

The private terrace is the highlight: breakfast outdoors, sunsets after the beach. A bathroom with walk-in shower and a utility room with washing machine complete the apartment.

First floor, about 15 steps, its own street entrance. The building is shared with Casa d'Avalos 192.
